Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is located in the heart of Cheltenham town center, making it excellent for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, ideal for a girls' weekend away. The friendly staff were incredibly helpful, but the noise at night was a downside. While the dining options were basic, the central location made up for it.
The hotel provided excellent rooms with comfortable twin beds, a tea/coffee maker, and superb value for money. However, noise disturbances from neighboring guests were a downside.
The hotel is a great budget choice in a very good location that met all my needs. The rooms were very clean and of a very good size, though the overall decor was a bit tired. It offered good value for the money.
This hotel was a mixed bag - the rooms were clean and tidy, which was nice, but they were rather warm even with the windows open and needed a deep clean. The service was a hit and miss; some staff members were pleasant and helpful, especially the lady in charge of the kitchen, while others were not very friendly. The location was excellent for getting around Cheltenham easily, with the main shopping area close by, but it was disappointing to find the surroundings littered with cigarette butts. The dining experience had its moments of excellence with a great choice but was not consistent, with some items overcooked. Overall, the facilities were decent.
